Actually, I love to to mountaineering since i was in the middle school. But my parents said that it was too dangerous for me to start hiking in the mountain. So I can't afford my own nerve to against them. But I'm a co-ed now. They can't keep me so that hard. I finnally can going outside. Haha!
1. First thing you should do if you want to start Mountaineering is obtain permission from parents. Because you can't deny "the strength of parent's permission". You can go if they allow you.
2. Train your body to keep away from body stiff. I read that you should train your body 6-8 weeks before you go mountaineering. Especially you planning to mountaineering more than a day or two. You need to keep your body warm and avoid from exhausted. Don't ever go if your body doesn't feel well. You don't know what will happend there. Many people hipotermia because their body doesn't feel well when they're start go hiking the mountain. You can go biking, swimming, or just jogging.
3. Don't forget to bring your tools and packed it in a special bag to go up the mountain. If you use the regular bag, posibility you get easly tired and you feel tough. Because Carrier (what we call for special bag for mountaineering) mostly has any feature to simplify your travel. It has any tools to make your back doesn't really heavy to carried the bag. And also it usually bigger than the regular bag.
4. Don't go alone. For mountaineering, it is a must you go by team. Include the people who have been up the mountain with you and don't go too far from them.
5. Water Water Water. Don't let yourself exhausted or dehydration. You should bring water with you everywhere. Or at least bring the bottle to help you caerried the water you gain in the wellhead.
